## The correct option is C 50Let the number of questions answered correctly by ′x′∴ The number of questions answered correctly=90−xTotal Marks obtained=60Marks obtained for correct answer=22Marks deducted for wrong answer=−1(90−2)=x−90∴2x+2−90=60⇒3x=150⇒x=1503⇒x=50Therefore the number of question answered correctly is 50
