Let $A$ be the area of each circular window

$A=\pi r^2=\frac{22}{7}\times {\left(\frac{28}{100}\right)}^2=\frac{22\times 28\times 28}{7\times 100\times 100}=0.2464m^2$

Let $A^{\prime }$ be the area of 4 circular windows

$A^{\prime }=4\pi r^2=4\times 0.2464=0.9856m^2$
