Let total number of trees be x
$\Rightarrow$ Neem trees $= \frac{x}{4}$ , mango trees $= \frac{x - \frac{x}{4}}{2} = \frac{3 x}{8}$
Drumstick trees $= \frac{x - \frac{x}{4} - \frac{3 x}{8}}{2} = 6$ , peepal trees
$\Rightarrow \frac{8 x - 2 x - 3 x}{8} = 12$
$\Rightarrow 3 x = 12 \times 8$
$\Rightarrow x = 32$ .
