There are three samples of H2O2 labelled as 10 vol.;15 vol.;20 vol. Half litre of each sample are mixed and then diluted with equal volume of water. Calculate volume strength of the resultant solution.

Volume strength
Means
10vol. Means 10L Oxygen is present
15Vol. Means 15L oxygen is present
20Vol. Means 20L oxygen is present
Half of each volume are diluted.
So Total volume diluted is = (10+15+20)/2
= 22.5L
Total volume of resultant solution = 10+15+20=45L
Volume strength of resultant solution = 22.5/45
= 0.5
