Solution

Both amylase produced by human body are ⍺-amylase.
First one is salivary amylase which is produced in the mouth and
partially breaks down starches into dextrose or complex sugars.

Second one is called pancreatic amylase which is produced by pancreas in the small intestine and breaks down starches and sugars to simple carbohydrate called maltose that is then absorbed into our bloodstream.
