In order to merge two bar graphs, there are two parameters to be met:

1. The number of samples being compared should be the same.

2. Scale of both the graphs should be equal.

In both the cases, the number of samples is the same, i.e., 5 matches. But the scale of runs is different in the two cases. So, in order to merge them, the scale of one of the bar graph should be changed accordingly.

In option A, the scale of the second bar graph is adjusted according to the first one and in option B, the scale of first bar graph is adjusted according to the second one. But as you can see, both of them are correct.
