Humidity refers to the quantity of water vapour present in the atmosphere. Compared to air, water vapour is lighter that's why it ascends. This is the reason why humidity has an inverse relation with atmospheric pressure.

In this case, Jar 2 is lighter owing to the presence of more water vapour in it. Thus, it will exert less atmospheric pressure compared to Jar 1.
