$m_{P} = 3 m_{q} V_{P} = \frac{1}{q} V_{q}$

$ρ_{P} = \frac{m_{P}}{V_{P}}$

$= \frac{3 m_{q}}{1 / 9 V_{q}} = 27 \frac{m_{q}}{V_{q}} = 27 ρ_{q}$
hence substance p is having greater density.
