Since the particle will accelerate along the axis in which E is applied, it will have a helical path. The circular path is due to the magnetic field.

T=2πmqB=2π

After π seconds, the particle will complete half the circle in the zx plane.

r=mvqB=1×11×1=1

Xcoordinate will be x=0.
Zcoordinate will be z=2r=2

Co-ordinate of the particle along yaxis: y=ut+12at2=0t+12qEmt2=12qEmπ2=π22

Hence, the co-ordinate of the particle will be (0,π22,2).
