The correct option is B $35$

Shubham is ${17}^{th}$ from right and Deepak is $9^{th}$ to his left thus Deepak is ${26}^{th}$ from right. Now, Harsh is $6^{th}$ from right of Deepak thus ranks ${26}^{th}$ from right.

Position of Harsh is ${16}^{th}$ from left and ${20}^{th}$ from right.

$\therefore$ Total boys $=20+16-1=35$ boys
