The correct option is A above it is towards South
The direction of the magnetic field is perpendicular to the wire and is in the direction the fingers of right hand would curl if they are wrapped around the wire with thumb in the direction of the current.
When thumb points towards east, the fingers curl around it to point towards north below it ,and south above it.
