Let the common multiple be $x$ .
the length will be $11x$.
breadth $=4x$
Perimeter $=2(L+B)$
$=2(11x+4x)$
$=2\times 15x$
$=30xm$
at the rate $Rs.100$ per meter, the cost to fence is $Rs.75,000$.
$\Rightarrow 30x\times 100=75,000$
$\Rightarrow 3000x=75000$
$\Rightarrow 3x=75$
$\therefore x=25$
So, the length $=11x=11\times 25=275m$ and
breadth $=4x=4\times 25=100m$
Therefore, $275m$ & $100m$ are the dimensions of the plot.
