Only squares and rectangles are the parallelograms that can be inscribed in a circle. Other parallelograms can not be inscribed in a circle. You can try to inscribe a parallelogram into a circle, you will always end up with a square or rectangle. Trapezium can also be inscribed in a circle but it is not a parallelogram. So, only ii and iii are true.
