After reaching point $A$ after a full circular round, travelling $20km$ towards the tree will make you reach the tree as the radius of the circular road is $20km$.

After reaching the midpoint that is centre of circle, it can be said that it has to travel $20km$ to reach either $B$ or $C$ because these two distances are radius of the ring.

Hence, option $A$ is correct.
