The correct option is B False
There are 3 bond pair and 0 lone pairs in BF3, so the hybridisation of BF3 is sp2 and in NH3 there are 3 bond pair and 1 lone pair. So, hybridisation of NH3 is sp3
After the reaction, hybridisation of B changes sp3 but hybridisation of N remains the same because N shares its lone pair with electron deficient B.
So the correct option is False.
