Thermal conductivity is extensive physical property while electrical conductivity is intensive physical property. WHY?

Thermal conductivity depends upon the number of particles present in a given amount of matter, whereas, electrical conductivity is the property of matter that depends upon the material of a matter and not the number of particles. Hence, thermal conductivity is extensive physical property while electrical conductivity is intensive physical property.
