Rent is increased by $5\%$ so ${150}^{\circ }$ is increased to ${157.5}^{\circ }$

so Savings$=360-157.5-120-30-50=2.5$

Previously $=360-150-120-50-30=10$

so decrease percent $=\frac{10-2.5}{10}\times 100=75\%$
