'B' has not committed any offence .
As A was influenced by madness he has no control overy his mind . A doesn't have any kind of thinking power he's not doing anything intentionally . But , B was unsafe from A . Section 96 to 106 of IPC deals with right to private defence . B has full right to defence for his safety .
