(d) Assertion is false and Reason is true.
Clearly, reason (R) is true.
Assertion: Area of a parallelogram = base × height
⇒ AB ×​ DE = AD × BF
⇒AD = (16 × 8) ÷ 10 = 12.8 cm
So, the assertion is ​ false.
