The correct option is E C
Proton is a positively charged particle , so it will be repelled by positive plate and be attracted by negative plate , so it goes towards plate B. Now being a charged moving (due to electric field) particle proton experiences a force by magnetic field , the direction of this force will be given by Fleming's left hand rule or right hand screw rule , applying any one of these rule we find that force on proton is towards C.
