Area of the land = 100 $\times$ 100 = 10000 sq. m

cost of 50 hectares of land is Rs. 250000
So, cost of 1 hectare of land = $\frac{R s . 250000}{50}$
= Rs. 5000
Now, 1 heactare = 10,000 sq. m
So, Price of one square metre = $\frac{10, 000}{10, 000}$ $\times$ Rs. 5000
= Rs. 5000
