The correct option is C 3 A

From the above section of a circuit, we can see that maximum current will pass through resistor A, while current will be divided between resistors B and C.

So, the chance of melting of resistor A in first is high.

Therefore, P=i2R

18=i2×2

i=3 A

Hence, option (C) is the correct answer.
