Since string will always be taut therefore m1,m2 and m3 will move with same acceleration,
Equation of motion m1, m2, m3 assembly is
m1a+m1a+m2a = F
a=F/(m1+m2+m3)
Now considering motion of block with mass m_{3} seperately,

Subsituting value of F,a and m3
we get T2=9N
