After first Collision, velocities are interchanged between A and B,

Second Collision

for elastic collision e=1
1=[v1+v1v]
v2+v1=v
v2=vv1
put v2 value in equation (1):
mv=mv1+4m[vv1]
mv=mv+4mv4mv1
5mv1=3mv
v1=3v5=0.60 v to the left
Third collision:

After collision the velocity of block A inter-exchange with block B.
