Since density of water is 1 g/cc, the densities of the objects are the same as their relative densities.

VA=mAdA=10002.5=400 cc

VB=mBdB=10005=200 cc

VC=mCdC=10000.5=2000 cc

Therefore, C displaces the maximum volume of water.
