The correct option is C (C1+C2+C3)
After rearraging circuit we can see clearly that C1,C2,C3 are in parallel(figure-2).
So,the equivalent capacitance is the sum of all the capacitance
Ceq=C1+C2+C3
Therefore, C is correct option
