The correct option is C 1, 3 and 4
C1 eq=6×36+3=2 μF
C2 eq=2 μF
Ceq for the given circuit is
Ceq=(3×66+3)+2=2+2
Ceq=4 μF
Now, we know that
Q=Ceq.V
Q=4×106×10
Q=40μC

Energy drawn from the source =12CeqV2
=12×4×106×100
=2×104 J

Heat generated = W.D. = Energy
Heat generated =2×104 J
Since, capacitance of branch (1) and (2) are same also potential across branch (1) and (2) are same as they are connected in parallel to source.
