Resultant Force to pass through the center,
Fq1=k.q1q/PA2 in the direction of PA
Fq2=k.q2q/PB2 in the direction of PB
F=F1+F2
F=F1+F2+2F1F2cosθ
Now force to pass throgh center. The vector components of force in direction perpendicular to PM must be cancel each other.
