Force applied by +q2 on q1 is attractive and in +X direction and equals :Fq1q2=kq1q2b2 (using Coulomb,s law)
Now force on q2 due to q3 is repulsive and has X and Y components as :
(Fq1q3)=kq1q3a2sinθ
(Fq1q3)=kq1q3a2cosθ
So net force on q1 in +X direction is :
