As the innermost and outermost spheres are earthed, so potential on these surfaces are zero.

Potential on innermost sphere is
q1r+q22r+q33r=0

6q1+3q2+2q3=0.......(1)

Similarly, potential on outermost shell is
q13r+q23r+q33r=0

q1+q3=q2.......(2)

Solving equation (1) and (2) we get
6q1+3q22(q1+q2)=0

q1=q24

6q13(q1+q3)+2q3=0

q1q3=13

and
6(q2+q3)+3q2+2q3=0

q3q2=34

Thus, Option (a), (b) and (c) are correct.
