Solution

The correct option is A a − iii, b − ii, c − i
Let us consider the general case of a metallic shell in which we consider three points x, y and z which lies inside the surface, on the surface and outside the surface respectively.
So we, know in case of metallic sphere,
potential inside the sphere = potential on the surface of sphere
Vx=Vy
So, on shell A the potential due shell B and C will be same as that on their surfaces
VA=kσ4πa2akσ4πb2b+kσ4πc2c (we know Charge = σ×4πr2)
VA=σϵ0[ab+c]
IIy VB=kσ4πa2bkσ4πb2b+kσ4πc2c
VB=σϵ0[a2bb+c]
VC=kσ4πa2ckσ4πb2c+kσ4πc2c
VC=σϵ0[a2b2+c2c]
