The correct option is A 10V
Net capacitance = C
then 1C=1C1+1C2+1C3=120+130+115
1C=3+2+460=960=320
C=203μf
total charge drawn =Cv=203×45μC=300μC
as all are in series so every plate shed have same magnitude of charge i.e
300μC or every capacitor shed have charge = 300μC
So voltage across C2 will be ΔV=QC2=300μC30μf
ΔV=10volt
