The correct option is A 6 cm
Diagonal of the new cube =3×edge
=123(given)
edge of the new cube =12cm
Thus its volume =123=1728cm3
Let edge of the three cubes be 3x,4x,5x, respectively
(3x)3+(4x)3+(5x)3=1728
or 216x3=1728
x3=1728÷216=8
x=2
Edge of the smaller cube =3x=3×2=6cm
