The dimensions of the resulting cuboid are:
length =12cm, breadth =4cm, height =4cm
Surface area of the cuboid =2(12×4+4×4+12×4)cm2
=2×112cm2=2242
Surface area of the three cubes =3×6×(4)2cm2=288cm2
Required ratio =224:288=7:9
