When a polynomial is of the form y=−xn the graph of the polynomial is the mirror image of the graph of the polynomial y=xn.
Also, when the value of n increases, the graph draws closer to the y-axis when x > 1 and x < -1 and the graph draws away from the y-axis when 1>x>-1.
