The correct option is B 13 N
Let the acceleration of the mass A be 2a in upward direction.
For mass C, resultant force on C=2gT2

2gT2=2a ... (1)
For mass B,2g+T2T1=2a ... (2)
For mass A,T12g=2a ... (3)
Adding (1), (2) and (3),
a=2g6=g3
Tension, T2=2g2a=2g2g3
=4g3=4×9.83=39.23=13 N
