Here, acceleration of the system,
$\frac{(m_2+m_3)-m_1}{m_1+m_2+m_3}g=\frac{(2+2)-2}{2+2+2}g=g/3$
$T=m_3(g-a)=2(g-g/3)$
$=2\times \frac{2g}{3}=\frac{2\times 2\times 10}{3}=\frac{40}{3}\simeq 13.33N$
