The correct option is A Will turn clockwise
The door handle will turn clockwise.
As the 5.0 N force is acting vertically downward at the edge of the handle, it produces a maximum turning effect thus making it to turn clockwise.

5.0 N force acting vertically upward at the middle produces a turning effect but it is cancelled out by other turning effect produced by force on the edge.
Also, the 5.0 N force acting horizontally produces no turning effect.
Hence the handle will turn clockwise.
