Using triangle law of vector addition, we can say that the resultant vector is zero vector.

If we resolve the vectors in x and y directions respectively we get
net force in x direction Fx=(50cos30)^i+(50cos30)^i=0
Also, net force in y direction
Fy=(50sin30+50sin30)^j+(50)^j=0
So, magnitude of net resultant force is
|Fnet|=|Fx|2+|Fy|2=0
