The correct option is B 14 cm
As shown in the figure,

Radius of the circle = 7 cm.
The two friends are sitting at two ends of the circle. The distance between them is the diameter.

We know, diameter = 2 × Radius

So, the distance between the two friends sitting at point B and C is = 2 × 7 = 14 cm.
