Such a film is unrealistic and undemocratic. The Chief Minister should be appointed after a fair election process. At the same time a lot of planning is needed to carry out reforms. This film is unrealistic. A single man cant do anything alone. He have to follow procedures and guides written in constitution. A personal rule without institutions is dangerous.
