Angular velocity will be same for all three particles -

T2T3=mw2(2l)(2) [Ref. image 2]

T3=mw2(3l)(3) [Ref. image 3]

eq (2)+(3):T2=mw2(5l)
eq (1)+(2)+(3):T1=mw2(6l)
