The correct option is A 1 s
Total mass suspended at the end of spring (M)=m1+m2+m3
=0.1+0.3+0.4
=0.8 kg
Given that, when 0.4 kg mass is removed, net mass of the system is 0.4 kg the system oscillates with a period (T1) of 2 s.

If 0.3 kg mass is also removed, Net mass of the system is 0.1 kg, let time period of oscillation is T2


T2T1=m2m1=0.10.4=12

T2=12×2=1 s
