The correct option is C $2$ m $s^{- 2}$
The free-body diagram is shown in figure .

For 1kg mass-

$T_{1} - 1 g = 1 a$

For 6kg mass-

$T_{2} - T_{1} = 6 a$

For 3kg mass-

$3 g - T_{2} = 3 a$

Adding all three equations-

$3 g - 1 g = 10 a$

$⟹ a = \frac{g}{5} = 2 m / s^{2}$
