In order to find the least length of cloth that can be measured by using all these three tapes can be found by calculating the L.C.M of these three numbers.

L.C.M of $40,50,75=2\times 2\times 2\times 5\times 5\times 3$
$=600$
Hence, the least length is $600cm$.
