Volume of new cube $=$ Sum of volume of 3 cubes
$=3^3+4^3+5^3$
$=216$
$\therefore {\left(\text{Edge of new cube}\right)}^3=216$ cu. cm

$\therefore \text{Edge of new cube}=6$cm
