The correct option is B Ranges of A and C are equal and less than that of B.
Here A, B and C have same initial speed u but different projection angle from horizontal.

For a projectile with initial speed u and projection angle θ from the horizontal range is given by

R=u2sin2θg

In this case, u is same

If we take u equal then R depends on sin2θ.

For maximizing R,

sin2θ=1θ=45

So, Out of A(θ=30), B(θ=45) and C(θ=60)

B will have maximum Range.

Now, if range is same for two different angles,

sin2θ1=sin2θ2

θ1θ2

so we take,

2θ1=π2θ2θ1+θ2=π/2

For A & C,

θ1+θ2=900, So RA=RC

Thus, RA=RC<RB

Hence, option (b) is correct.
