The charges are : - +q, +2Q and +Q and the potential energy is zero. Let the side of triangle be r

Equating P.E of system to zero

$k / r [(q x 2 Q) + (2 Q x Q) + (q x Q)] = 0$

$2 Q + 3 q = 0$

$Q = (- 3 q) / 2$
