Three resistors $A$, $B$ and $C$ are connected as shown in the figure. Each of them dissipates energy to a maximum of $18W$. Find the maximum current that can flow through the three resistors.

$P=I^{2}R$

Maximum currrent which flows through the resistor $R=2\Omega$

Hence $I_{max}=3A$

So each resistor A,B and C can support $3A$ current.

Although together B and C can have $6A$ but resistor $A$ can only have maximum of $3A$ .

Hence maximum current which can flow is $3A$
