Let the temperature of the junction be θ.
The rate of heat transfer between two points is proportional to the temperature difference across the points.
Thus (rate of heat transferred from 90C to θ in each rod) (90Cθ).
And, (rate of heat transferred from θ to 0C)θ
From conservation of heat,
2(90θ)=θ
θ=60C
